Blox Labs Inc. ("Outfeed AI," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website outfeed.ai and the Outfeed AI application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide to Us
- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, password, and optional profile information such as your company name and job title.
- Payment Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing details including your payment card number, expiration date, and billing address. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor (Stripe), and we do not store your full card details on our servers.
- Social Media Account Credentials: When you connect social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Threads, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky), we receive OAuth access tokens that allow us to publish content on your behalf. We never store your social media passwords.
- Content Data: Posts, messages, media files, captions, and other content you create, upload, or publish through the Service.
- Communications: Information you provide when contacting us for support, submitting feedback, or participating in surveys.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, actions taken, time spent on the Service, and interaction patterns.
- Device Information: Browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and unique device identifiers.
- Log Data: IP address, access timestamps, referring URLs, and error logs.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about your browsing activity. See our Cookie Policy for details.
1.3 Information From Third Parties
- Social Media Platforms: When you connect your accounts, we may receive profile information, follower counts, engagement metrics, and post analytics from the connected platforms, as authorized by you.
- Analytics Providers: We may receive aggregated or anonymized analytics data from third-party analytics services.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Provide and Maintain the Service: To create and manage your account, process transactions, deliver the features you request, and publish content to your connected social media accounts.
- AI-Powered Features: To generate content suggestions, optimize post timing, and provide platform-specific content recommendations using our AI systems. Your content data may be processed by our AI models to deliver these features, but is not used to train general-purpose AI models.
- Improve the Service: To understand usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, and develop new features.
- Communications: To send you transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts, security alerts), and, with your consent, marketing communications about product updates and promotions.
- Security and Fraud Prevention: To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
- Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Social Media Platforms: When you use our Service to publish content, we transmit that content to the social media platforms you have connected. Each platform's use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.
- Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services), email delivery, and analytics. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to provide their services to us.
- AI Service Providers: Content you create may be processed by third-party AI service providers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) to generate suggestions and optimize content. These providers process data under strict data processing agreements and do not use your data for their own training purposes.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- With Your Consent: We may share your information for other purposes with your explicit consent.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. After account deletion, we retain certain data for up to 30 days to allow for account recovery, and thereafter delete or anonymize it, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or regulatory purposes (typically up to 7 years for financial records).
Content published to social media platforms remains on those platforms subject to their own retention policies. Deleting your Outfeed AI account does not delete content already published to third-party platforms.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:
- 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit
- AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest
- OAuth 2.0 for secure social media platform authentication
- Regular security audits and penetration testing
- Role-based access controls for internal systems

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can disconnect any linked social media account at any time through your Outfeed AI dashboard or by telling the AI assistant. Upon disconnection, we revoke the associated access tokens and cease accessing that platform on your behalf.
