Prices verified on agorapulse.com/pricing.

Agorapulse charges per user. Standard costs $99 a user a month billed monthly or $79 billed annually, Professional $149 or $119, and Advanced $199 or $149. Custom is quoted. Ten social profiles are shared by all users. The trial runs 30 days with no card, and the classic free plan ended on 6 July 2026.

Look up the Agorapulse free plan and you’ll find pages saying it exists and pages saying it’s gone. Below is the dated answer from Agorapulse’s help centre, then the seat-and-profile arithmetic that decides what a real team pays.

Every figure was read on Agorapulse’s own pages; how we compare tools explains the method, and the social media tool price matrix sets Agorapulse beside the other schedulers we track.

How much does Agorapulse cost in 2026?

Between $99 and $199 a user a month billed monthly, or $79 to $149 billed annually, across the three published plans. Your bill is users times the plan rate, plus any profiles beyond the 10 included. Custom is quoted, and the free Archie plan only creates posts with AI.

Disclosure: Outfeed AI makes a competing social media tool. We read every price on the vendor’s own page and recommend the competitor where it fits better.

Agorapulse plans, per user, billed monthly and billed annually USD list prices before tax. Monthly = billed month to month. Billed annually = the per-month equivalent when you pay for a year. Agorapulse's pricing page shows annual prices by default.

Agorapulse’s pricing page opens on annual prices, which is why the lower figures are the ones most often quoted. On Standard, annual billing saves $240 per user a year against paying month to month.

What does each Agorapulse plan include?

Every paid plan includes unlimited scheduled posts, a shared pool of 10 social profiles and the social inbox. Professional adds link in bio, Instagram product tagging (from a catalog in Facebook Commerce Manager), ad-comment moderation and assignments. Advanced, which Agorapulse marks most popular, adds labels, saved replies, bulk actions and ROI reports. Custom adds unlimited profiles, SSO, multi-step approvals and API access.

Agorapulse publishes to 11 networks: Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, TikTok, Bluesky and Reddit. The pricing page also lists add-ons, including Advanced Listening, Advocacy, Competitive Benchmarking and two X plans, without printing their prices, so we don’t quote any. Nonprofits are asked to contact Agorapulse for special pricing; no discount figure is published.

Is Agorapulse billed per user or per social profile?

Per user, with a shared pool of profiles. Each user pays the plan’s full rate, the fifth the same as the first. The 10 included profiles belong to the account, not to each user, and each extra profile costs $15 a month billed monthly or $10 a month billed annually.

So headcount drives the bill and profiles only nudge it. Adding a colleague on Standard costs another $99 per user/month, billed monthly; connecting an eleventh social account costs $15 a month. Agorapulse’s own help article on pricing per user confirms that each additional user is charged at the same rate as the first.

Loomly works the other way round: what Loomly charges per plan is a flat price that bundles 3 users and 12 accounts on Starter. If you’re weighing the two models, our per-seat vs per-account pricing explainer compares them with worked team costs.

What does Agorapulse cost for a three-person team?

On Standard, three users cost $297 a month billed monthly, or $2,844 a year ($237 a month) billed annually, with 10 shared profiles. Add five profiles and the bill becomes $372 a month billed monthly, or $3,444 a year ($287 a month) billed annually. The grid splits each bill into its user line and its profile line.

The profile line stays small next to the user line. Five extra profiles add less than one extra seat, which is why the cheapest way to grow on Agorapulse is more accounts per person, not more people per account.

Here are the same team sizes on the higher tiers, and on two other tools that bill per seat:

Agorapulse, Sprout Social and Hootsuite at 1, 3 and 5 users USD list prices before tax, worked out from each vendor's published prices. Billed monthly = what you pay each month on month-to-month billing. Billed annually = what one year costs when you pay yearly.

How these totals are worked out: USD list price before tax; no promo, nonprofit or volume discount. Every seat pays the full plan price. Profile cap of 10 treated as account-wide. Annual total = the vendor's annual per-month figure x 12. Profile cap of 5 treated as account-wide.

How that compares with Sprout Social and Hootsuite

Both bill per seat too. Sprout Social Standard, whose plan card lists a consolidated inbox and review management, costs $249 per seat/month, billed monthly or $199 per seat/month, billed annually, with 5 profiles; see Sprout Social pricing. Hootsuite prints annual prices only: Standard is $99 per user/month, billed annually for up to 10 accounts, with brand and competitor monitoring included. Hootsuite’s plans and what they cost has the detail, and Hootsuite vs Sprout Social compares those two. On annual billing, Agorapulse Standard costs less per seat than either of those plans; Sprout’s entry Essentials plan matches its rate on both bases but holds 5 profiles.

Does Agorapulse still have a free plan or a free trial?

It has a free trial, but no longer a free scheduling plan. Agorapulse’s help centre says its Free plan stopped being available on 6 July 2026, to new and existing free users alike. The trial lasts 30 days in total and needs no credit card. We checked both on 30 September 2026.

What replaced the free plan. According to Agorapulse’s free plan article, the free option is now the Archie plan. New posts on it can only be created with Archie, Agorapulse’s AI content creator, on up to 50 Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube profiles, with a calendar, drafts and 10 AI credits a month. It’s a free way to try AI-written posts, not a free scheduler for every network you run.

Why the answers conflict. The FAQ on Agorapulse’s pricing page still tells readers they can “keep using the free plan”. The help-centre article is dated and specific, so we go with it.

How the trial works. You get 15 days, which you can extend once by another 15, with Advanced plan features on up to 10 social profiles and no card, per Agorapulse’s free trial article. The link tracker is off by default while you trial.

Which Agorapulse plan do you need for the inbox features?

Professional, for most teams that share an inbox. It’s the first tier with assignment, reply collision detection and ad-comment moderation. Advanced adds saved replies, labels and bulk inbox actions. Standard’s inbox is complete for one person answering alone.

Inbox featureFirst plan that includes it
All-in-one inbox, comment moderation, Google reviews moderation, inbox search, inline translationStandard
Automated moderation rulesStandard (one rule per profile); unlimited rules on Custom
Assigning comments and messages, reply collision detection, ad-comment moderation, custom inbox viewsProfessional
Saved replies, inbox labels, bulk inbox management, advanced spam management, comment exportAdvanced
AI reply suggestions, business-hours settingsCustom

For three users, the step from Standard to Professional costs $150 more a month billed monthly, or $1,440 more a year billed annually. That is the real price of assignment and collision detection, and for a team answering client DMs all day it’s usually worth paying.

Who Agorapulse is worth it for

Teams whose day is replying, not just posting. According to Agorapulse’s inbox feature page, the inbox covers eight networks, collects ad comments on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, and its Inbox Assistant can review, hide, delete, assign or bookmark items by keyword, though on Facebook a hidden comment stays visible to its author and their friends. With 11 publishing networks and a 30-day trial with no card, it’s a strong choice for a community or client-care team.

It’s a weaker fit for a solo owner who mostly schedules, since one Standard seat costs $99 per user/month, billed monthly before anyone else joins. Our small business social media guide covers cheaper setups, and our roundup of indie tools that skip per-seat billing compares where teams usually go next.

Where does Outfeed AI fit for a team that doesn’t need an inbox?

Only where nobody replies from a shared inbox. Outfeed AI has no unified inbox, so it can’t replace what Agorapulse does best. For a team that only creates and schedules, Outfeed Pro costs $59 a month billed monthly, or $49 billed annually, for 3 members and 25 accounts: less than one Agorapulse Standard seat on either basis.

Outfeed AI is a chat-first tool: you describe the post, and the assistant drafts, previews and schedules it across 9 platforms. Starter ($29 a month billed monthly, 1 member, 10 accounts, 100 posts a month) and Pro are flat per organisation. Agency is billed per seat, like Agorapulse: $149 per seat/month, billed monthly, or $124 per seat/month, billed annually.

The per-seat comparison doesn’t favour us. Five people on Agency cost $745 a month, billed monthly ($7,440 a year, billed annually), against $495 a month, billed monthly ($4,740 a year, billed annually) for five Agorapulse Standard users, and Agorapulse’s price includes the inbox. Pro stops at 3 members, so it can’t hold a team of five.

The gaps are specific: no unified inbox, no analytics inside the product, no approval workflows, no social listening, and no Reddit or Google Business Profile. TikTok posts publish as private for now while TikTok reviews the Outfeed app, and X posts are text-only within a monthly allowance. If your team lives in the inbox, stay with Agorapulse.

Starter includes a 3-day free trial with 100 AI credits. Card required. Pro and Agency are billed from the first day. Full plan details are on our Outfeed AI pricing page.
